This album is curated by Blaq Faith & Page on behalf of Phakiso Mokoena. The music on this album is entirely new and has never been released before, this is his last work in 2014 before we traveled to Durban together. IT is very important as it marks8 years since he transcended and we all are well aware of the infinite number 8, which means the music has to go on even long after we are gone.

Produced, arranged and chopped by Phaks [Phakiso Mokoena], a genius he was, going through this album was an awakening journey into reminding us of who we are and what we used to be doing, this is strictly the creative art of sampling breaks, drums and loops.

The Loop Digger Sessions : this compilation is selected from 40 other instrumentals that are more like experimental loops which were chosen, chopped and cut by Phakiso Mokoena himself, the Loop Digger Sessions takes you through a glimpse of what Phaks used to think, how he used to navigate around sounds and samples since he saw himself as part of the bands he was chopping, this tape arranging it made it more clear.

This is more of a study guide compared to just listening from a hip hop head point of view or from a producer point of view, this is open minded creativity.
